Managing Director

Nick trained in London’s West End and has enjoyed a long and illustrious career in residential estate agency, diversifying in the 1990s to head the property advertising team at Country Life magazine. Nick founded Mayfair Office in 1995 providing property marketing expertise to member firms, creating a network of the finest local and regional independent estate agents in the UK and overseas.

Media Director

Susan has a strong land and estate agency background. She has many years’ experience handling clients’ property marketing needs, including an exceptional knowledge of national media advertising, and she is a popular and respected source of information, opinion and material for journalists. Her in depth knowledge of property enables her to offer marketing and PR advice to us and our clients.

Operations Director

With over thirty five years advising sellers and helping buyers in the field of residential property sales, Annette has a keen eye for market strategy, development and opportunity, not only across the United Kingdom but increasingly within the United States, where our associated firms are amongst the strongest brands in US realty.

Assistant to the Directors

In her role as Directors’ assistant, Kirsty liaises with agents and helps them with their day-to-day marketing needs. A real ‘natural’ Kirsty has developed key contacts with the press as well as a good nose for important property stories. Working in print and online her efforts are increasingly apparent in widely read property pages.

Kirsty spent a couple of days working from our office in the spring of 2018 and thoroughly enjoyed her experience of hands-on estate agency.
